In-person registration is free and includes: morning & afternoon teas, lunch, and the conference dinner.

In-person attendees are asked to arrange their travel and accommodation. In case you are staying at Rydges, you can ask for our conference rates.

Online attendees will receive a zoom link to attend the talks.

Poster submission

Please submit a single-page PDF file with:

• Title

• Author(s)

• max 200-word abstract

• Figure(s) allowed

Accepted submissions will be collated in a book of abstracts to be shared with participants.
